Body Blessings Course

Body Blessings is a mini video course with physical journal to help Christians who struggle with seeing their body as good to practice living out God’s spoken blessings over them to transform their body image. Material integrates intuitive eating, mental health practices, and prayerful movement. Includes video instruction, audio meditation, printables, and other course discounts. Complete this course in as little as a week, and begin the journey from inward frustration to outward praise.


In fitness, we can end up spending so much time making specific calculations in the kitchen that takes away from our best performance in life. Join Aubrey Golbek, RD, as she goes through the ins and outs of making eating a more intuitive practice that takes a “total-person” approach to fueling your body.

Fed Up with ED is an immersive coaching program for the faith-filled woman who is sick of constant anxiety and dissatisfaction with her body. In this program, you'll get equipped to discover the real root of your body image and disordered eating struggles, overcome the lies and limiting beliefs that have been holding you captive to the scale (or that "ideal" pants size), and learn how to nourish your body more intuitively, all from a Christ-centered standpoint! You'll get live coaching calls with a Registered Dietitian every week, module lessons to access on demand, and a private community to connect with others on the same journey.

In this Mindful Eating Masterclass from Intuitive Eating for Christian Women, you will build a God-centered mindful eating practice.

  • Understand what Christian mindfulness is and the benefits of practicing it

  • Understand mindful eating

  • Develop your own mindful eating practice

  • Build a personal prayer and meditation practice around meals

 

The Eat Confident Collective is an online group coaching program for women who are ready to end the battle with food guilt + body shame and cultivate peace, freedom, and confidence. Members can sign up for monthly or a quarterly membership, which includes weekly group coaching, masterclasses, and monthly 1:1 feedback.
