In this episode of the Joyful Health Show I'm not here to give you New Year's goals but to help you reset your Sabbath. I firmly believe that any work that matters must be rooted in the rest of Jesus. Let's battle burnout, hustle culture, and productivity idols by reestablishing a weekly Sabbath rhythm and give you a day of rest to look forward to with the Lord and a firm foundation to work from with Him.
